Enjoy this newly remodeled home located within walking distance to Notre Dame. This home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, 1 bathroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa. After your event at Notre Dame, relax and cookout on the new deck in the private backyard. The outdoor area also features a fire pit and backyard games for your entertainment. Off street parking for up to three cars and fast wifi is also available. A dedicated workspace is available for those working in between the fun.

Good to know

This cozy space can house four people comfortably. We do have sleeping for six with the sleeper sofa, if you don't mind more people in the space. We are located on a well traveled road in town that leads directly to campus. **All patio furniture is stored during winter months and not accessible.**

One of my best AirBnB experiences…clean, easy, great location, excellent communication. So convenient to all things Notre Dame. Well stocked with all the necessities and comforts of your own home. Definitely a location on my list for future visits to the area.

This place has everything you need and nothing that you don’t. Convenient location 5-10 minutes from all the places I needed to go. The bedrooms and living rooms are cozy. The bathroom was clean and the shower is easy to use. A top load washer and regular dryer with no fancy frills or sounds or settings?! THANK GOD!!! There are no fans in either of the bedrooms and I really need one to help me sleep. I did not ask but they brought me one the next day. Unbelievable. I always felt safe in the neighborhood and I wish I owned this house because it’s really special. I would come back and stay again and again

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was exceptionally clean, with high quality towels and thoughtful touches throughout. Communication was fast and smooth, and the space was spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and the outdoor area, including the large backyard, was a fantastic bonus. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. truly my favorite Airbnb stay to date!

Very cute, clean and comfortable. Well appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare a dish to pass at a large gathering. There’s also plenty of dining choices nearby. It was HOT in South Bend and we appreciated the AC running without any problems. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Place was great. Super clean with comfortable bed. Had all the kitchen implements one could need and more. I loved the laundry room setup; great for a longer trip. Place is very near campus and Eddy Street Commons. Only wish it was slightly warmer to avail of the gas fireplace on the deck!!! Great place! Responsive host - would come back in a heartbeat!

Three of us stayed at Dennis and Jessica's place for a Notre Dame Football game in mid-November 2024. We enjoyed the easy walk to the Eddy Street restaurants and bars, the Notre Dame campus, and the Linebacker. We only used the car once to get to a dinner spot. I even walked the 1.5 miles to a large supermarket. The house was well stocked and very clean. You could tell Dennis and Jessica take pride in their furnishings and the interior design. It was easy to check-in with the digital locks. We'd certainly stay there again.

The house was exactly what we wanted for our short stay in South Bend. It was walkable to Notre Dame, very clean and it had a lot of nice touches that made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again

Dennis and Jessica's place was just what we needed on our way home following a difficult funeral. They left us a welcoming note expressing their sorrow for our loss and had snacks available and water in the fridge. Check-in was easy and flexible to accommodate our late arrival and they communicated throughout the process. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay - only one night - we would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the gas fireplace out on the deck, the games, and the wonderful beds with the luxurious linens. All in all, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in I knew this place was great! It was clean; cleaner then any rental we have been to yet. We stayed for almost a week while having work done to our RV. It had every possible kitchen accessory I could possible need and then some. The organization was excellent too. Very impressed with this place! Highly recommend!! Thank you Luanne Rhodes

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay at Dennis & Jessica's was. The home was very clean, beds were so comfy, and they had every little touch thought out. We hope to stay there again when visiting the area.
